BEATnik Soul is an idea that DeVon & Dres had several years ago to combine our love of books, music, & spiritual freedom. We were originally going to call it BEATnik Books & Records and combine it with the BEATnik Bodega, but since Dres’ passing on June 9, 2025, there’s been a call to expand the concept beyond books/records. People are craving community where creatives can gather to relax, express, learn from one another, and share good vibes.
